Full Steam Ahead On Ken Griffen’s New 51 Story Office On Park Avenue

Amid a backdrop of continuing Manhattan office development, Ken Griffin’s Citadel is making its presence felt with a highly anticipated 51-story tower located at 350 Park Avenue. Upon completion, expected by 2032, it will replace Vornado’s 350 Park Avenue, where Citadel is currently leasing office space, and Rudin Management’s 40 East 52nd Street. This 1.7 million square foot Norman Foster-designed tower will rise to 1,350 feet and Citadels share of occupancy is anticipated to total 54%.

Additionally, earlier in 2020, Griffin moved to a 95,000-square-foot office space in Miami’s 830 Brickell Tower to serve as an interim space while Citadel is currently constructing a $1 billion tower in Miami, in partnership with Chicago-based developer Sterling Bay.
