It’s going to be a big season for dining as new places open and established restaurants return to business as usual.

As New York restaurants reopen for in-person dining, there’s no shortage of tasty tables to sample. Here’s a roundup of where we’ll be making reservations this spring and summer.

Le Pavillon

Daniel Boulud breaks out the white tablecloths for evenings at Le Pavillon, his new seafood and veg-forward concept at One Vanderbilt office tower in Midtown. If the name rings a bell, the French chef restaurateur borrowed it from the iconic, 20th-century temple to haute cuisine that closed before his time here.

One White Street

Everyone’s a groupie at One White Street, a new dining destination housed in rock royalty John Lennon and Yoko Ono’s former hangout. The TriBeCa townhouse provides a cozy backdrop for celeb somm Dustin Wilson’s wines and executive chef Austin Johnson’s seasonal dishes highlighting harvest from Rigor Hill Farm.

Sarashina Horii

The best nugget of the buckwheat seed has been one of the secrets behind Sarashina Horii’s famous soba noodles since 1789. Still owned by the same family that’s fed centuries of Japanese emperors, the small restaurant chain in Tokyo opened an outpost for hot and cold dishes in New York’s Flatiron District.

Dopo Argento

It didn’t take long for Dopo Argento to win Hamptonites’ hearts since opening last year. The Southampton restaurant and bar’s Italian fare may be the star of the show, but diners soon discover its seafood specials and complex cocktails equally impress. Having replaced the 96-year-old Silver’s, it still has a ways to go.

Bridgehampton Inn Restaurant

Sybille van Kempen must have superpowers. How else could Loaves & Fishes Cookshop’s and Bridgehampton Inn’s matriarchal mogul accomplish so much? Aside from publishing a series of 12 cookbooks over the past year, she runs a retail and hospitality empire that recently tapped a new chef for the Bridgehampton Inn Restaurant.
