Designer, John Bjornen expresses, “The scale of the rooms are comfortable and livable. Our goal was to create a custom home for an aspirational buyer that feels a sense of place and appropriateness to their lifestyle.” A portamento of subtle accents in colours of slate, pale silvers, and dreamy creams create a sense of movement while interplaying with the natural effect of the variation of light that embodies the rooms. An emphasis on dark-toned woods, marble, and stone suggest a richness while keeping the palette crisp and clean. Lighting fixtures in deco flair and trompe l’oeil add an eccentric Palladian chic. “It’s aesthetic therapy with all the high tech amenities one could ever ask for. The topographical vastness of the property secludes you with the sweet reality of a walk into town”, shares Bjornen.
