After 15 minutes of expansive mountains and hillsides of award winning vineyards and terrain that is found only in a European luxury car commercial, you emerge from behind one of the many hills, and catch your first glimpse of this opulent estate. Perched on top of a slender ridge mountain peak, the property commands your attention and appears to be suspended in midair amongst the clouds. The entrance is equally impressive yet imposing, as you are met by two large iron gates. The gates swing inward as they welcome you to begin your unique journey. Upon entering, you feel as if you have transcended from Malibu to Tuscany as you meander up the 350 foot driveway. As you slowly reach the top of the driveway, you are greeted with a sprawling 9,000 sq. ft. Tuscan Villa made of imported French limestone. You have officially arrived to a land far away.

The Mansion itself sits on a total of 37 stunning acres. 10 of the acres comprise of vineyards that surround the house in a circular fashion. It is hard not be impressed as every room you visit within the estate boasts impressive views, while still enjoying the solitude of being removed from any surrounding properties.
The many amenities that are included in the Estate make it the optimal venue to host a once in a lifetime wedding, and or exclusive private event. From the infinity pool, which appears to drop off hundreds of feet, to the vineyards below, to the circular stone helipad, it is evident that this place indeed has it all. Among some of my other favorites are the five fireplaces, gourmet kitchen, heated floors, and media room. The master bedroom is a private enclave with doors that open up to vaulted ceilings. The spectacular 5,000 sq. ft. Egyptian limestone terrace that surrounds the property provides arguably the best viewing deck of any property I have ever visited.
Private wine tasting of award winning wines is the perfect way to relax and completely take in the pure luxury that encapsulates you. The hills underneath the property are made up of volcanic soil. The soil coupled with the warm days and cool nights makes for a perfect marriage to yield such high quality wines. While a tour of the property and wine tasting is done by appointment only and commands a pretty penny, this is a once in a lifetime experience that will be remembered for the rest of your life.
